[Hiring] Product Manager, Stays @Airbnb

Role Description

The guest product team is seeking an exceptional product manager to incubate and grow new customer stays offerings in partnership with business and product development teams.

• Own product features that bring new customer stays offerings to life within the Airbnb guest experience.
• Pilot offerings with the goal to drive growth in ways that are additive to the overall Airbnb guest journey and business.
• Collaborate across Airbnb's guest and host teams to ensure that new offerings connect seamlessly across the product.
• Help develop the external narrative for new features, working with marketing and communications to bring them to market.
• Drive the roadmap for your areas, partnering closely with business, partnerships, engineering, design, data science, and marketing to go from concept through launch.
• This is a key growth role that will regularly interface with senior business leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Track record of building and scaling new product offerings that are a part of consumer products that people love.
• Strong business acumen and ability to use data, research, and consumer insights to drive product strategy and decisions.
• Experience translating user needs and business objectives into roadmaps that drive growth.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across business, partnership, engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing product messaging and working with marketing and communications to bring features to market.
• Comfortable doing hands-on individual contributor product work and mastering the details in a scrappy environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and point of view on incorporating AI tools into the product workflow.

• Craft the product narrative for internal teams and leadership, and the public-facing messaging that brings features to market.
• Define pilot goals with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
• Develop expertise through user research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis.
• Execute with speed and quality to ship features, learn and iterate, delivering impact.
• Make prioritization decisions in the best interests of our users, ensuring every part of the trip makes the other parts stronger.
• Foster open communication and curiosity.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $200,000 — $240,000 USD.
• Role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
