Role Description
As a Product Manager on the Partner Rewards team, you’ll shape how HubSpot Solution Partners are recognized and rewarded for the value they create. You will inculcate a strong understanding and point of view on commissions, tiering, bonus programs, and incentive systems for Partners. You’ll set the vision, define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver impact through better commission processing, improving transparency for partners, and ensure our financial systems are scalable, compliant, and ready for HubSpot’s next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a cross-functional, systems-heavy domain. You will partner closely with Engineering, Partner Ops, FinOps, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver real impact.
In this role you’ll get to:

Own the Partner Rewards roadmap - setting strategy and driving execution as a critical member of the Product Triad.

Use data and AI to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our partners and customers grow.

Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company.

Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch.

Understand our partners and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often.

Translate complex financial, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system designs.

Build AI experiences that drive tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications

Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, revenue systems, RevOps, or other systems-heavy domains.

Led complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or Operations stakeholders.

A growth mindset and demonstrable experience in leveraging AI to improve your product and sharpen your own craft as a PM.

Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces.

Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and direct style.

Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information.

Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Bonus points if you have experience with commission systems, incentive programs, or revenue models.

Familiarity with SOX controls, revenue recognition processes, or financial reporting systems.

Experience building forecasting tools or financial transparency features for external stakeholders.
