[Hiring] Product Manager/Lead @Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on and decisive Product Lead/Manager to own the full lifecycle of their consumer electronics portfolio, with a strong focus on audio hardware. In this role, you will:

• Manage product development from concept to production.
• Work directly with manufacturing partners in China.
• Drive continuous quality improvement across every stage of the process.

This position requires someone who:

• Moves fast and takes full ownership of results.
• Thrives in a high-expectation environment where clarity and execution matter more than process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, ideally in audio or similar consumer electronics.
• Direct hands-on experience working with factories in China, including sourcing, prototyping, and production management.
• Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement at the product level.
• Experience operating under EOS or similar accountability-driven frameworks is a plus.
• Direct, clear communicator who can push back on ideas and challenge leadership when needed.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with ambiguity and real accountability.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Full-Time Position: M–F Business hours.
• Salary: $5,000 USD.
• 100% Remote work environment.
• Contract: Independent Contractor.
