[Hiring] Product Manager II @INSPYR Solutions

Role Description

Role will own an internally facing application called Liquid Program Manager, which supports SGWS’s Trade and Sales organizations. The platform is used to:

• Allocate goals across the sales organization
• Manage sales programs and incentives
• Track performance against goals
• Support supplier initiatives
• Feed data into multiple downstream systems

This is a true product ownership role. The person will be expected to own the roadmap, drive priorities, and translate business strategy into executable Agile work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management are the top priorities.
• Product Owner or Product Manager experience in a technical software environment.
• Experience owning a roadmap and product vision.
• Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical work.
• Experience working with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Design.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to independently lead a complex product area.
• Tools: Jira preferred, Miro preferred, similar tools are acceptable.

Requirements

• Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and QA.

• CPG, distribution, or sales-planning experience.
