Role Description

You will develop and lead accessibility strategy and execution across the Appspace platform. This is a hands-on technical role within Product Management that requires both deep accessibility expertise and the ability to work directly with our largest global customers.

• Define our accessibility roadmap, make prioritization decisions, and work as a trusted advisor to customers for whom accessibility is mission-critical.
• Credibly explain WCAG requirements, respond to complex compliance questions, and sometimes push back on unrealistic demands while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, product managers, and QA to integrate accessibility throughout our development process.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on customer engagements, RFP responses, and roadmap presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years guiding product, design, and engineering teams on implementing WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including executive-level interactions about technical accessibility topics.
• Track record managing accessibility in a SaaS or complex software environment.
• Ability to balance compliance requirements with user experience and business needs.
• Strong communication skills – you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) - Highly Desirable.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Highly Desirable.
• Familiarity with EN 301 549 and Section 508 standards - Highly Desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field - Highly Desirable.
