[Hiring] Product Manager @Promevo

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to work across gPanel and Insights, a GCP native analytics platform that gives cloud and finance teams visibility into cloud cost, environmental health, access and AI agent usage and spend. This person will own defined areas of each roadmap, turn customer and market signals into clear requirements and partner with engineering, sales, and solutions to ship work that customers adopt. This is a fully remote, hands on role on a small, fast moving team.

• Own discovery and delivery for assigned feature areas across gPanel and Insights, from problem definition through launch and adoption.
• Write clear and thoughtful one pagers and PRDs; define the acceptance criteria, lead the triad (Engineering, Product and Design) into kickoffs, and tie launches to adoption metrics.
• Talk to customers and prospects regularly to understand IT administrators, cloud operators, and budget owners and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
• Prioritize and groom the backlog with engineering leads, making tradeoffs between customer requests, platform investments and strategic bets.
• Partner with sales, solutions, engineering and customer success on launches, including release notes, documentation, enablement, demos and competitive positioning.
• Track feature adoption and outcomes, and use data to decide what to improve, expand or retire.
• Own roadmap themes that span both products, such as linking Workspace identity, and Gemini licensing to Google Cloud access, usage and cost observability, so the portfolio feels like one coherent solution to buyers.
• Partner closely with UX and design from discovery onward, shaping user flows, reviewing prototypes, and validating designs with customers so the experience is intuitive and consistent across both products.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of product management experience on B2B SaaS products.
• A track record of shipping features end to end, with examples of the requirements you wrote and the outcomes they drove.
• Strong written communication, including one pagers that engineers, sellers, and executives all understand.
• Comfort working with technical teams on APIs, integrations and data products.
• Experience talking directly with customers and turning what you hear into prioritized work.
• Sound judgement about tradeoffs, and confidence to say no with a clear reason.

Requirements

• Hands on experience administering Google Workspace or working in Google Cloud.
• Background in IT administration, security, governance or cloud cost management (FinOps) products.
• Exposure to AI agents, LLM usage or AI cost tracking.
• Experience at an early stage product or company launching a new product line.
