[Hiring] Product Manager @Numa

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager with exceptional judgment and a builder's drive to turn hard customer problems into products dealers rely on. You'll own customer problems end to end, from the dealership floor through launch and proven impact.

• Spend time in dealerships with advisors, BDC teams, and managers to learn how the work gets done and where it breaks down.
• Turn customer insight, product data, and business opportunity into a focused point of view, including what not to build.
• Find the fastest path to learning with Engineering and Design. Prototype, test real workflows, and make the calls that keep things moving.
• Turn complicated workflows into simple experiences, and sweat the edge cases.
• Define what our agents should do, how we judge their quality, what happens when they're wrong or unsure, and when a person takes over.
• Take products to market with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners, from pricing and pilots through adoption.
• Define success before you start. Use adoption, revenue, and unit economics to decide what to double down on and what to stop.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS at an early-stage or high-growth company, with a track record of shipping products customers pay for.
• Exceptional product judgment and taste, with a sense of urgency.
• Experience driving products from idea through launch and adoption, working closely with Engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Proficient in using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to research, analyze data, prototype, and build.
• Experience shipping AI features and evaluating systems that don't give the same answer twice.
• Technical enough to work through APIs, integrations, data models, and architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Comfortable with data and a product's economics.
• Ability to write plainly, make actionable recommendations, and bring people along without relying on authority.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive retail or dealership software, such as DMS, CRM, or service scheduling (Nice to Have).
• Experience with telephony, contact centers, or conversational AI (Nice to Have).

• Base salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 (final package is based on experience).
