[Hiring] Product Manager @infingame

Role Description

As a Product Manager, you will become a part of the Infingame journey, leading the strategy and development of a B2B game aggregation platform serving 400+ operators across multiple markets.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Apply AI to enhance product capabilities, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Define product KPIs and develop BI capabilities.
• End-to-end product ownership — from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Create clear technical specifications and align teams around execution.
• Manage Core Platform features, ensuring a holistic approach to the product.
• Program Management for strategic initiatives in the company.
• Gather and clarify operator/stakeholder requirements; convert them into PRDs/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog; coordinate delivery timelines and releases.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and QA across discovery, delivery, and testing.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies (core platform services, reporting, compliance) to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with product management.
• Ability to synthesize market data, user feedback, and business inputs into actionable product plans.
• Strategic approach to Product development.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate insights and hypothesis.
• Deep understanding of development, delivery processes.
• Solid communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A team player with an ownership mindset.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• English: at least Upper-Intermediate.
