[Hiring] Product Manager @Fujifilm

Role Description

The Product Manager, Bronchoscopes is responsible for the management of Fujifilm’s bronchoscope portfolio as it relates to both upstream and downstream activities and will report directly to the Senior Product Manager & Strategic Business Development Manager of Pulmonary. This key contributor must work cross-functionally within the organization and effectively with external stakeholders (e.g., Key Opinion Leaders) to execute company initiatives and manage all aspects of product commercialization. They must be a change agent in the evolution of the organization as new products, procedure types, and business methods gain adoption.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required, preferably with a degree related to healthcare or biology or business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ work experience in a marketing capacity (i.e., product marketing, marketing associate, associate product manager, product manager, senior product manager, product/technical director).
• Minimum 5 years of medical device experience with strong clinical background.
• Prior experience with endoscopes and/or pulmonology/endobronchial ultrasound preferred.
• Highly focused and results-oriented; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
• Works with a sense of urgency, understands business expectations and maintains focus on the changing needs of the organization.
• Experience leading new product trainings to include technology, disease state, clinical and economic messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter who can motivate others.
• Proficient in managing through influence.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Effective Time Management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret essential job-related documents.
• Ability to present and speak effectively and professionally to all internal and external customers.
• Ability to calculate, balance, analyze sales and marketing data, prepare detailed reports, and report data.

• Knowledge / familiarity with general, thoracic, and/or, pulmonology related products and procedures is desired.
• Knowledge of United States healthcare systems and dynamics is desired.

Requirements

• The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
• The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
• The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
• The ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds up to 10% of applicable work time.
• Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
• Availability to frequently travel, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of time. Largely domestic but some international travel may be required.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
