Role Description

As our Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Avandra’s image exchange platform. This role is responsible for evolving our industry-leading physical media solutions while bringing a new generation of digital image exchange products to market. This is a unique opportunity to build products that sit at the intersection of enterprise imaging and real-world imaging data. The platform you build will not only help providers securely exchange medical images, but also create new opportunities for health systems to participate in Avandra’s imaging data network. The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise imaging, understands clinical imaging workflows, and has successfully brought healthcare software products from concept through commercial launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building enterprise healthcare software products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange.
• Experience leading products from concept through commercial launch.
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
• Experience in cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working directly with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems.
