Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts with strong expertise in product requirements, web application workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. This role supports an advanced AI initiative focused on reviewing product specifications for AI-generated web applications before they are used in model evaluation. Selected professionals will assess whether requirements are realistic, complete, internally consistent, and sufficiently precise for engineering and QA teams to build and validate the intended product behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Specification Review
  • Review product specifications for modern web applications
  • Assess whether requirements are realistic, complete, and internally consistent
  • Identify ambiguous functionality, missing requirements, and contradictory product logic
  • Determine whether specifications provide sufficient detail for implementation and testing
  • Apply practical product judgment to realistic application scenarios
• Feature & Product Logic Validation
  • Review subsequent feature requests against the existing product state
  • Confirm that new requirements build logically on previously implemented functionality
  • Identify conflicts between new requests and established application behaviour
  • Evaluate dependencies, edge cases, and downstream product implications
  • Ensure feature requirements reflect coherent user and business workflows
• Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
  • Review PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Assess whether requirements clearly communicate intended product behaviour
  • Identify missing states, conditions, or expected outcomes
  • Evaluate whether acceptance criteria are specific and testable
  • Improve clarity where requirements could lead to multiple interpretations
• Product & QA Alignment
  • Verify that product requirements align with associated browser-based testing scenarios
  • Determine whether tests accurately represent the intended functionality
  • Identify gaps between specification requirements and expected test outcomes
  • Assess whether proposed workflows can be implemented and validated reliably
  • Provide structured written feedback following established review guidelines

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Design, Business Analysis, or a related role
• Experience writing or reviewing PRDs, product requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of modern web application workflows and user experiences
• Experience evaluating complex feature requirements and product logic
• Ability to identify ambiguities, missing requirements, and inconsistent functionality
• Strong understanding of how product specifications translate into engineering implementation
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear, structured, and defensible product feedback

Requirements

• A degree in product management, business, computer science, information systems, design, engineering, or a related discipline may be helpful
• Equivalent professional experience in digital product development may also be considered
• Practical experience working with real software products and cross-functional teams is particularly valuable

Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with software engineering and QA teams
• Background as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
• Experience reviewing complex web applications or SaaS products
• Familiarity with browser-based testing and automated QA workflows
• Strong knowledge of product discovery and requirements definition
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or interaction specifications
• Background reviewing product work produced by other teams or stakeholders
• Prior experience with AI evaluation, structured review, or benchmarking projects

Contract Details

• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance
