Role Description

Drive product growth throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Product Delivery to deliver winning products. This role will also include working with sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Product Managers are key drivers in leading our products to market, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and meet the ever-evolving needs of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis, including:
• 3 years as a product manager with experience creating and presenting product roadmaps
• 3 years working in agile product development methodology (e.g., user stories, scrum teams, sprints)
• 2 years of health care experience
• Project management experience, including creating project plans and resource estimates, identifying dependencies, and documenting and communicating decisions and risks
• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
• Strong critical thinking skills in the ability to apply analytical and proactive thinking in a logical, coherent, and consistent approach to ensure robust and appropriate client solutions
• Knowledge of and ability to use multiple IT resources (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) at an advanced level
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with project deliverables and apply an appropriate sense of urgency to achieve goals in a very driven and changing organization
• Demonstrates a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs
• Encourages open exchange of information and viewpoints and inspires others to achieve challenging goals and set high standards of performance while committing to the firm’s direction
• Demonstrates confidence and ability to work independently, as well as in a team structure

Requirements

• MBA preferred
• A passion for driving market-facing product strategies through all facets of a product lifecycle, competitive analysis and client engagement
