Role Description

We're looking for a visionary Web3 Infrastructure Product Manager who thrives on turning bold ideas into real, valuable products. You’ll take the lead on developing new features and driving product innovation from concept to launch.

• Own the full product lifecycle for infrastructure-level Web3 services — from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Conduct deep market analysis to uncover unmet infrastructure needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Translate product vision into detailed product specs and roadmaps.
• Build monetization models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies that reflect current market dynamics.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and timelines.
• Work with marketing and sales to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and materials for product launches.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs (usage, revenue, traction metrics).
• Communicate updates, risks, and results regularly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, ideally in Web3, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or API-driven SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical background (former developer or technical PM) — confident in working with API specifications and discussing trade-offs with developers.
• Experience in launching complex technical products and defining product strategies that achieved user traction and business impact.
• Founder mindset — take the lead, make decisions, and deliver results without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate product ideas and align teams around a shared vision.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset — base decisions on facts and can independently extract data.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Experience launching your own startup or product is a plus.
• Portfolio of products or features you've shipped from scratch is a plus.
• Examples of traction you’ve achieved (metrics, user adoption, revenue) is a plus.
