[Hiring] Product Manager @Commvault

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to support product adoption and product-led growth initiatives across Commvault’s portfolio. This role is suited for an early-career product manager who is strong in execution, curious about user behavior, and interested in using product analytics and in-app engagement tools to improve customer adoption.

This role will work closely with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to help introduce PLG motions into Commvault products. Experience with Pendo is important, but we are looking for someone with practical exposure who can use it effectively as part of day-to-day product work.

What You Will Do

• Support initiatives that improve user onboarding, feature adoption, and product engagement
• Use Pendo to analyze user behavior, track feature adoption, and support in-app guidance
• Help create and manage in-app guides, onboarding flows, feature announcements, and user prompts
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to improve user journeys
• Assist in defining and tracking product adoption metrics and user engagement KPIs
• Gather insights from usage data, customer feedback, and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions
• Help identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements
• Support experiments and product changes aimed at improving activation and adoption
• Contribute to integrating PLG motions into Commvault products over time

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
• Some hands-on experience with Pendo is preferred
• Familiarity with product analytics, user onboarding, or feature adoption work
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive execution
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced product environment
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to PLG concepts such as onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Experience working with product analytics or in-app guidance tools
• Interest in customer behavior, experimentation, and adoption metrics
