[Hiring] Product Manager @Kins

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Manager, to own and grow our product platform. You'll work directly with the Head of Product across the full stack: our proprietary EHR, therapist web app, patient mobile app, intake/patient matching, and more.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, and full stack product thinking. One morning you're deep in a UX detail; that afternoon you're thinking through a six-month roadmap. And you're doing all of it inside a regulated healthcare environment, where the decisions carry real weight.

Responsibilities

• Ship.
• Work hands-on with engineers to move quickly and get things out the door across every layer of the product.
• Own the user voice.
• Kins operates a three-sided marketplace of patients, physical therapists, and referring physicians. You'll develop deep understanding of all three and bring clear user-problems to product discovery.
• Shape the roadmap.
• Help define what we build, when, and why, with clear reasoning the whole team can get behind.
• Test and learn.
• Take user-voice and drive discovery/experimentation to test your hypothesis.
• Maintain quality.
• You are directly responsible for the final outcome in the patients or PTs hand.

• Kins works when technology and people blend seamlessly together. You’ll work closely with RCM, Customer Experience, and our Physical Therapy team to ensure operations processes wrap into our product experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated working across multi-functional product teams.
• A track record of shipping. You've worked closely with engineers and have the wins and lessons to show for it.
• Demonstrated experience in working through ambiguous user-problems to product features that drive results.
• Generalist range. You can zoom into a pixel-level UX problem and zoom back out to strategy, sometimes on the same day.
• Comfort on the frontier of AI in how you actually work and think about what's possible.
• Data-driven by default. You form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and let the results inform what comes next.
• Communication that's clear and direct, whether you're talking to an engineer, a PT, or a patient.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping 0-1 products.
• Experience or passion for healthcare.
