Role Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex, enterprise environment.

Operate a fast-paced, market-responsive development cycle, prioritizing rapid iteration and practical, real-world solutions over rigid long-term roadmaps.

Act as the product lead for a key executive search solution while partnering closely with large global enterprise customers.

Make high-impact decisions, balancing trade-offs and ensuring delivery remains aligned to customer and business needs.

Understand underlying business problems, identify root causes, and use tools, including AI where appropriate, to define and deliver effective solutions with engineering.
A typical day will include:

Driving at the βWhyβ:
Digging into feature requests to understand the underlying business problem and proposing solutions that address root causes.

Rapid Discovery & Prototyping:
Using tools, including AI where appropriate, to create logic flows and wireframes that align stakeholders and engineering quickly.

Storytelling & Context:
Providing clear context on customer needs so engineering teams understand the real-world impact of their work.

Dynamic Decision-Making:
Adjusting product direction based on data, usage insights, and customer feedback, while making informed trade-offs.

User Behaviour Analysis:
Using tools such as the License Management App (LMA) and usage data to identify where users find value and where they encounter friction.

Implementation Partnership:
Working closely with customers to resolve logic challenges and ensure new features deliver measurable value.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven track record of delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform.

Experience in Staffing/Recruitment or related roles such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations within a staffing technology context.

Salesforce expert, with a strong understanding of Objects, Flows, APIs, and the AppExchange ecosystem.

Comfortable using AI tools to support workflow, from shaping requirements to visualizing product logic.

Prefer a data-led, adaptive approach to product strategy rather than rigid long-term planning.

Clear and direct communicator, able to translate customer problems into structured product requirements.

Track record of delivering in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of outcomes.
Requirements

Bonus points for direct experience within executive search or high-end recruitment environments.

Experience delivering mobile applications or enterprise-scale platforms.

Exposure to tools such as Google Firebase or .NET-based integrations (e.g. Outlook).

Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.

Track record of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging.
