Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the continued evolution of the Forbes Intelligence platform, which powers our global rankings and list franchises. This is a remote role.
In this position, you will expand and enhance a core platform that supports Forbesβ most iconic Lists, enabling new verticals, geographies, and revenue opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Editorial, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure the platform is structured, scalable, and positioned to support growing commercial and audience demand.
The ideal candidate is energized by improving and scaling existing systems, bringing structure to complex data workflows, and unlocking monetization opportunities through thoughtful product strategy. You thrive in cross-functional environments, balance long-term platform vision with near-term execution, and are motivated by building products that drive measurable business impact. This role reports to the Director of Product: Acquisition, Conversion & Engagement.
Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the roadmap for expanding the Forbes Intelligence platform to support new rankings, verticals, and geographies.

Identify and deliver platform enhancements that unlock monetization opportunities across subscription, enterprise, licensing, and data products.

Ensure rankings and list data are structured and maintained to support downstream commercial use cases.

Partner with Sales teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable product offerings, pricing models, and packaging strategies.

Improve workflows that move rankings from research to structured data to product, reducing manual effort and increasing speed to market.

Standardize methodologies and data structures to support scalability and repeatability across franchises.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data teams to define requirements and deliver scalable platform improvements.

Establish and track KPIs tied to platform adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue contribution.

Monitor platform performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on capabilities.

Evaluate competitive intelligence products and evolving market demand to inform platform strategy.
Qualifications

2β5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with digital, data, or platform-based products.

Experience enhancing or scaling existing systems rather than building solely from scratch.

Familiarity with products incorporating AI-driven features, including generative AI, classification, or data automation.

Demonstrated experience supporting revenue-generating features or products.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured data.

Experience partnering closely with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Interest in media, rankings, research, or intelligence-driven products.

Ability to manage projects independently within clear goals and strategic direction.
Requirements

The annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.
