Product Manager
(100%) in Gland (VD), starting in May 2026 or upon agreement.
Your mission is to help us keep Yuh’s momentum going. We need a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who is ready to move beyond simple execution. You will:

Identify opportunities, drive value, and help shape the future of our product alongside the Head of Product.

Act as the bridge between Business Strategy, User Experience, and Technical Execution.

Maximize delivery value, spotting quick wins and negotiating trade-offs to ensure measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

Business Impact & Opportunity Discovery

Identify the Wins:
Proactively identify opportunities to drive growth and retention.

Commercial Mindset:
Transform client feedback and business needs into viable product ideas.

Contribute to the Vision:
Work closely with the Head of Product to sharpen the product vision.

Strategic Prioritization & Roadmap Management
-
Value-Based Decisions:
Lead prioritization using structured frameworks and clear rationale.

Master the Roadmap:
Ensure every theme and initiative is clearly represented on the roadmap.

KPI Obsession:
Define clear success metrics before development starts and track impact rigorously.

Alliance Building & Operational Excellence

Build Alliances:
Build strong alliances across Marketing, Customer care, Compliance, Operations, and Tech.

Champion Product board:
Drive awareness and usage of Product board for transparency.

Process Improvement:
Look for ways to optimize collaboration and ensure seamless information flow.
Qualifications
-
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economy, communication or any related field.

5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Banking, Fintech or B2C digital products.

Strong understanding of the Swiss way of doing finance and banking.

Business Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities and track innovation in Finance.

Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to prove the impact of work with hard numbers.

The "Pareto" Mindset: Focus on the 20% of effort that yields 80% of results.

Communication & Soft Skills: Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of financial industry concepts, regulations, and user needs.

Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
