Role Description

Bitwave is an enterprise software company with the mission of bringing digital assets to enterprises. We are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines:

• Functional Expertise
• Product Management Expertise
• Enterprise (B2B) Software Experience
• Digital Asset Experience

Desired Experiences:

• Functional Expertise (Core Services: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting)
  • Experience delivering on accounting, tax, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A capabilities.
  • Experience working with users in the finance, accounting, tax functions.
• Product Management
  • Significant experience owning a product or portion of one, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch.
  • Proven success coordinating between engineers, designers, architects, and users.
  • Experience building and communicating product roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
  • Experience supporting product marketing with documentation and communications.
  • Ability to integrate customer feedback into product development.
• Enterprise Software
  • Strong B2B product management experience.
  • Experience with ERPs or other finance systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Digital Asset
  • You must be knowledgeable of digital assets. You will be expected to be an expert on digital asset transactions, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and other blockchain-related topics that our clients work with.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• CPA a plus but not required.
• Startup experience and success required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional execution.
