[Hiring] Product Manager @Leap Tools

Role Description

This role involves being fully responsible for the advancement of a suite of products targeted at independent retailers.

• Work closely with users, customers, and internal teams to identify user needs
• Develop a cohesive strategy to gain adoption among independent retailers
• Understand technological capabilities and constraints to develop groundbreaking solutions
• Write concise product specifications and collaborate with the engineering team for efficient development
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
• Coordinate all aspects of projects through the entire development cycle
• Collect and use data to make decisions, including complex analyses and A/B testing

Qualifications

• Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience
• Distinctive work experience in building software products
• Hunger to meet users and dive deep into their problems
• Design mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
• Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives
