[Hiring] Product Manager @Ondo Finance

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager focused on internal execution and product operations. You will bring clarity and structure to a broad set of in-flight initiatives, turn roadmaps into actionable plans, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Security, Operations, Strategy, and BD to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Validate assumptions, track KPIs, manage dependencies, and maintain the execution rhythm that keeps teams shipping
• Contribute to discovery by organizing input from customers and partners, with a primary focus on delivery quality and predictability

Responsibilities

• Execute on existing project plans across multiple product areas and ensure timely delivery
• Translate roadmaps into well-defined epics, tickets, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations
• Define and track timelines, dependencies, risks, and KPIs, and drive mitigation plans
• Run internal execution processes including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros
• Maintain high-quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders
• Use product analytics to validate assumptions and inform prioritization
• Support lightweight discovery by organizing research inputs and surfacing insights to senior PMs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder experience
• Familiarity with web3 or a strong interest with evidence of learning and contribution
• Technical literacy in programming or data query languages and comfort working with engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong logical writing
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast-paced environments
• Nice to have: exposure to DeFi or RWAs, basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
