[Hiring] Product Manager @LetsTransport

Role Description

As a PM/APM you will be responsible for building products right from ideation to scalability. Taking data driven by measuring key performance metrics through the product while also conducting efficient user research, will be one of the key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for driving the engineering, QA and design teams to build exceptional products. All this will be done working under an efficient Agile framework.

• Improve the NPS of the partners.
• Define, plan, communicate and own the product from conception to launch and then scale it PAN India.
• Work closely with the business, operations and sales teams to understand their inputs and pain points and conceptualize and build solutions.
• Drive the engineering, QA, data and design teams in delivering and building world class products.
• Plan Sprints and work in an Agile environment to carry out tasks.
• Understand and measure success metrics aligned with business needs.
• Conduct and set up efficient user research frameworks.
• Analyze key metrics in launched products and create plans to iterate and optimize for future sprints.

Qualifications

• Master's / Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science).
• 2+ years of hands on experience in Product Management with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• B2B experience specifically building products for E-commerce/Logistics clients is a bonus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Engineering, QA and Design teams.
• First principle thinking approach in problem solving; ability to build products from scratch and vision to scale them.
• Empathy towards the customer and ability to understand their problems.
• Agile mindset with a strong bias for action and iterative approach to product development.
• Ability to understand and analyze industry/market/competition and internal business strategy.
• Use data to drive decision making and be analytical in understanding problem statements.
• Good knowledge in UI/UX design.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence others to build exceptional products.
• Prior experience in building products for the Blue collared workforce is a plus.
