Role Description
As a Product Manager at IOB, you are joining a dynamic team dedicated to changing the marketing landscape for physical stores. Your role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of “making instore shopping fun again”.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of one of IOB’s product areas. Your role involves:
- Developing the product strategy
- Managing the product lifecycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and business goals
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the product area vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Align product strategy with the company's overall objectives and goals

Product Development:
- Lead the ideation, guide technical development, and launch of innovative improvements to the product area
- Create detailed product requirement documents based on market needs and stakeholder input
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality product iterations on time and within budget
- Creation and engineering handover of User Stories

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

User Experience and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze user feedback and data to make informed product decisions
- Conduct user testing and beta programs to validate product ideas and improvements

Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product decisions
- Continuously analyze product performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement

Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation ability
Requirements
- Experience in a StartUp environment
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Proficiency with product management tools (IOB uses ClickUp)
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
