Role Description

Take what we've built further. We've shipped a lot, fast. 800,000+ monthly active users on Andy's Bet Club, free-to-play games, match centres and 320% year-on-year growth. Now we need someone to take them forward.

• Lead initiatives from idea to outcome.
• Own everything from objectives to onboarding flows to go-live QA.
• Understand how our products make money, where the levers are, and which ones to pull next.
• Use data to make decisions, not to write reports.
• Prototype ideas with AI tools. Test them with real users. Ship what works. Kill what doesn't.

Requirements

• You follow it. You bet on it. You use the apps and have opinions about what's broken in the market.
• You use data to drive decisions on conversion, retention, and commercial performance.
• You use AI tools daily. You can prototype an idea before lunch and have data on it by the end of day.
• You've built things from nothing in startups or small teams.
• You don't wait to be told what to work on. You find the highest-value problem and get after it.
