Role Description
We are looking for a Product Growth Strategist who will work across both internal ventures and client products to design, execute, and scale growth. This is a hands-on role. You wonβt just suggest ideas β you will test, build, and scale them.
What You Will Work On:

Drive growth across multiple products:

Define and test go-to-market strategies
-
Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) clearly and continuously

Design and execute outbound and lead generation systems (lead lists, enrichment, sequencing, messaging, CTA optimization)
-
Build and iterate positioning and messaging
-
Design and optimize funnels (acquisition β activation β retention)
-
Run rapid growth experiments (weekly cycles)
-
Analyze performance and iterate based on data

Build growth systems:
-
Set up tracking and analytics infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
-
Automate workflows using tools like n8n
-
Build outbound and CRM flows (Apollo, HubSpot, email, LinkedIn)
-
Create dashboards and reporting (Looker Studio or similar)
Qualifications
-
Experience in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing
-
Ability to define ICP clearly and translate it into targeting and messaging
-
Hands-on experience with outbound & lead generation systems (Apollo, HubSpot, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)

Strong understanding of funnels, CAC / LTV, activation & retention

Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console)

Ability to work with landing pages and no-code tools (Framer or similar)

Experience or strong interest in automation (n8n or similar tools)

Strong communication skills in English

Requirements

Experience in startup, agency, or venture environments

Experience working on SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products
-
Hands-on experience with n8n, HubSpot / CRM systems, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, Framer or similar no-code builders

SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content-driven growth
-
Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is a plus
