Role Description
The Product Development and Launch Expert is a strategic role focused on driving product innovation and successfully managing launches from concept to completion. This position combines expertise in project management, product design, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and potential opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate product testing, quality assurance, and validation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive launch plans, including marketing strategies, training programs, and distribution logistics.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
