Role Description
The Product Analyst will be a key player in driving Duckbill’s product strategy and development. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will own and maintain the operations of our product organization. Your role will involve both quantitative and qualitative analysis to gather user feedback and make data-driven decisions that push the business forward.
- Own and maintain dashboards to monitor and analyze the performance of new features, rollouts, and user engagement.
- Use dashboard insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Write clear and compelling requirements and perspectives to guide product development and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PRDs are effectively implemented.
- Work closely with operations, tech, design, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate coordination across departments to drive the successful launch and iteration of new features.
- Dive into both quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights.
- Use data to support product decisions and contribute to the overall product strategy.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Translate feedback into product enhancements that resonate with our user base.
- Participate in strategic projects that combine data analysis with product development to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Assist in setting product goals and KPIs, and track progress against these metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similarly qualified area.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech or AI-driven company.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable product insights.
- Strong data analysis skills. SQL or the PyData stack is a plus!
- Comfort with PRD writing and familiarity with product management processes.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and innovation.
