Role Description
Own the strategy and execution for Twinβs next generation of consumer-facing experiences. You will design and ship end-to-end in-app journeys that:

Set up personalized care plans

Deliver nutrition and activity insights that drive measurable health outcomes
Youβll define the roadmap, ship quickly, run bold experiments, and scale what works across app, chat, voice, and AI-generated surfaces.
What Youβll Do

Know the member deeply
-
Lead discovery through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and behavioral analysis

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions and narratives

Build shared understanding of member needs across Product, Design, and Engineering

Build and ship core journeys
-
Own critical consumer journeys from first touch through ongoing engagement

Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile, web, chat, and voice
-
Move ideas from concept β prototype β experiment β launch with urgency and quality

Drive outcomes with metrics
-
Define input and output metrics tied to member behavior and health outcomes
-
Build quarterly plans with clear hypotheses and success criteria
-
Ship improvements weekly and iterate based on data, not opinions
-
Specify with clarity
-
Write crisp PRDs, UX briefs, and acceptance criteria
-
Partner tightly with Design, Engineering, and QA to reduce ambiguity and increase velocity

Lead the narrative
-
Tell the story: why this, why now, what we learned, what changed
-
Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership
-
Translate insights into the next set of bets on the roadmap
Qualifications
-
7+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent impact)
-
3+ years owning consumer-facing mobile end to end
-
Experience with subscriptions, payments, or consumer monetization is a nice to have
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $195,000-$225,000 annually.
