Role Description

This position is for a Principal Product Manager, responsible for shaping the future of autonomous customer service at the intersection of AI research and enterprise product development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing complex problems and driving cross-team solutions.
• Success in building AI-powered products that deliver measurable customer value.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and creating company-wide metrics.
• Experience in engaging directly with customers for insights and feedback.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
