Role Description

As a PLM Pre-Sales Leader, you are responsible for shaping end-to-end solutions that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. You translate business needs into clear project phases, leveraging existing assets to optimise delivery and profitability. You design scalable architectures, define key activities and roles, and collaborate with technical teams to close solution gaps. With a strong focus on minimising customization, you propose process improvements and identify risks with mitigation strategies. You also coach consultants, contribute to offer development, and ensure continuous value creation across engagements.

Qualifications

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with editors, customer design authorities, and a wide range of stakeholders from both business and IT
• Agility in the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and aligned with customer requirements
• Confidence in leading workshops and facilitating interactions across teams and centres of excellence
• Ability to promote best practices throughout the project lifecycle
