Role Description
Nordhealth is building the future of veterinary practice management software. Provet is used by thousands of clinics across Europe, and we’re just getting started. As our Partnerships Product Manager, you’ll own one of the most strategically important domains in our product: the integrations and partnerships ecosystem that connects Provet to the broader world of veterinary technology.
Your mandate is to change the previous reactive approach to partnerships. You’ll take a proactive, strategic approach by:

Defining how we evaluate new opportunities.

Building a commercial framework.

Turning our integration ecosystem into a genuine competitive advantage.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, working directly with integration partners and shaping the strategy that determines how Provet connects with the rest of the veterinary tech landscape.
What You’ll Own

Product Leadership

Be the PM for a dedicated engineering team of ~6 engineers.

Own the roadmap and backlog for the Integrations & Partnership team.

Balance incoming integration requests with proactive strategic work.

Translate partner and commercial requirements into clear product briefs.

Run the team’s product rituals in collaboration with the engineering manager.

Integration & Partnerships Strategy

Define a clear strategy for our integration portfolio.

Build a rubric for evaluating new integration opportunities.

Articulate and own our “Open Platform vs. Native Solution” strategy.

Proactively source and evaluate new, high-value integrations and partnerships.

Portfolio Ownership

Serve as the primary product point of contact for all integration partners.

Audit and understand the current integration portfolio.

Develop a clear portfolio management plan.

Streamline the intake process for new integration requests.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with domain PMs who own each area of the product.

Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align the integration roadmap.

Act as the internal expert and advocate for the partnerships domain.
Qualifications
-
3+ years in Product Management, ideally with experience owning a platform, ecosystem, or partnerships domain in B2B SaaS.

Proven track record of building strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Experience working directly with external partners or third-party vendors.
Requirements

Strategic thinker who can define the framework and drive execution.

Technically literate - able to discuss APIs, integration architecture, and data flows.

Strong commercial instinct - understanding how integration decisions connect to revenue and retention.

Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with the veterinary or broader healthcare/medtech software space.

Experience with integration platforms, API ecosystems, or marketplace strategy.

Background in or exposure to commercial frameworks.
