Role Description

CVS Health is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Manager, Digital Product Messaging, to join the Marketing Technology (MarTech) & Platforms team within the broader Customer Success & Operations organization. In this role, you will lead the implementation, administration, optimization, and governance of digital communication platforms that power customer engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms.
• Serve as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs.
• Partner across Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Management, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Technology, Management Consulting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise marketing communication platforms.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, preference management, and consent management.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously.
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms.

Requirements

• Must be able to support east and central time zones work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Agile experience using Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Professional level communication skills and business acumen.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and executive leaders.
• Experience with preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in fields of study related to Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience can be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $203,940.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
