Role Description
As Manager for DoorDash Drive’s Digital Ordering business, you will play a critical role in owning our merchant retention strategy, understanding merchant satisfaction drivers, and building products that solve SMB merchant’s most pressing problems. You will be responsible for identifying and scoping new features in partnership with Product, and owning the roll-out and GTM to drive existing merchant adoption and stickiness. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve Digital Ordering’s strategic goals.
- Lead high visibility, cross-functional projects that address Digital Ordering’s most unique and challenging questions
- Grow a high-potential offering within a high-growth business
- Steer the Digital Ordering product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback
- Develop and execute strategies related to how Digital Ordering fits into the broader industry landscape
- Analyze complex data sets paired with partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership
- Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorDash to align company-wide resources to refine platform capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience in a complex or high-growth environment required
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
