Role Description

Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities based on user needs, market opportunities and business goals.

• Determine product scope, feature priorities and release plans across major product areas.
• Work with engineering leadership on system architecture, technical feasibility and trade-offs affecting product performance and reliability.
• Guide product and design decisions to ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience across the application.
• Lead launch planning, release readiness and post-launch improvements based on product performance.
• Set product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, retention and user feedback to guide investment and priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading major technology products or product lines.
• Deep technical fluency across system architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure and production reliability.
• Ability to evaluate system-level designs and understand how architectural decisions affect product capabilities, scalability, cost and time-to-market.
• Experience setting product strategy and technical priorities across multiple interconnected product areas or teams.
• Ability to identify technical investments that unlock new product capabilities, reduce operational complexity or create a competitive advantage.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business and user impact.
• Strong judgment in resolving competing priorities across users, business objectives, engineering capacity and long-term technical direction.
• Ability to align engineering, design and business stakeholders around product direction, technical constraints and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous software engineering experience.
• Experience leading zero-to-one products, platform strategy, technically complex consumer products or cross-team product initiatives.
