[Hiring] Lead Product Owner @CenterWell

Role Description

The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role serves as product owner for CenterWell Pharmacy capabilities, translating business needs into prioritized backlogs and delivering digital and operational solutions that improve patient access, refill adherence, fulfillment experience, and pharmacy performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlog
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams
• Monitor outcomes and optimize based on member feedback and data
• Potential for direct reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years product ownership or product management experience
• Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge

Requirements

• SAFe PO/PM Certificate
• Work at Home Requirements:
  • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required
  • Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection suggested
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
• Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required
