[Hiring] Senior Product Owner @ProcessUnity

Role Description

• Partner directly with product managers to understand product vision, identify business challenges, and participate in discovery.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap, translating customer needs, market direction, and business goals into delivered work.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria; drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and QA to bring products to market.
• Produce documentation for feature releases, such as release notes, knowledge base articles, and internal enablement materials.
• Align with product managers on success metrics, track usage, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Triage bugs and drive prioritization, resolution, and status communication back to the business.
• Use AI throughout the product lifecycle - research, story writing, prioritization, design, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, including product owner, business analyst, and/or execution-focused product responsibilities.
• Technical acumen with APIs and integrations.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in third-party risk management or rating/scoring platforms preferred.

Requirements

• Compensation Range: $105,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
