[Hiring] Lead Product Manager - Marketing Platform @Yelp

Role Description

Yelp is looking for a collaborative and innovative Lead Product Manager to develop and drive the strategy for our Marketing Platform. Your work will enable our marketing teams to reach and engage communities everywhere, using technology, data, and creative solutions. You’ll play a central role connecting product, marketing, engineering, and data teams so that we deliver real value to Yelp’s consumers and Local Businesses.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead the creation and execution of a product roadmap that aligns directly with Yelp’s marketing strategy and company goals. Your expertise will help Yelp maximize the impact of industry-leading marketing automation platforms and develop custom solutions that streamline workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in product management, with work in marketing technology or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar).
• Comfortable working together with engineers and can communicate technical requirements even if you don’t code yourself.
• Curious about how machine learning and artificial intelligence can shape the future of marketing.
• Use data to guide decisions and value privacy, inclusivity, and transparency in data practices.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams or working in a marketing-related role.

Requirements

• Partner with marketing leaders to build and lead a product roadmap that supports Yelp’s marketing strategy and company goals.
• Use experience with leading third-party marketing automation platforms to maximize their value for our teams and customers.
• Research and implement emerging technologies including machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Connect with specialist groups such as data analytics and machine learning teams to bring new solutions to market.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in marketing technology.
• Listen closely to marketing team members and support others to succeed through empathy and clear communication.

Benefits

• The top end of the compensation range for this role exceeds $200,000 annually.
• Restricted stock units and benefits may be offered.
• This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across Canada.
