Role Description
This role involves leading product management for consumer insights within the Patient Engagement team.

Own the roadmap for data-driven products that support patient segmentation, psychographics, and outreach optimization.

Define how insights are surfaced in-product to support decision-making, not just reporting.

Balance statistical rigor with usability, explainability, and client trust.

Ensure data products align tightly with Upfrontโs engagement and outcomes strategy.

Identify and prioritize AI use cases that measurably improve outcomes, including:

Patient segmentation and cohorting
-
Personalized outreach and messaging optimization
-
Risk modeling and prioritization for intervention
-
Balance innovation with explainability, compliance, and real-world usability.

Own Upfrontโs psychographic and segmentation models end-to-end.

Define model inputs, outputs, confidence scoring, and limitations.

Act as the primary defender and spokesperson for the model:

Partner with analytics and data science to evolve models over time while maintaining continuity and trust.

Ensure models are documented, explainable, and responsibly applied.

Partner with Client Strategy and Sales to:

Support sales conversations and deal qualification

Explain models and insights to prospective clients

Address questions around accuracy, bias, and limitations

Participate in client-facing discussions, Q&A sessions, and roadmap conversations.

Help shape external messaging and enablement materials related to data products.

Gather direct client feedback and incorporate it into product evolution.

Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable data products.

Translate complex models into clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize work based on impact, confidence, and business value.

Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to internal stakeholders.

Champion data quality, reliability, and trust across all AI and data products.

Ensure all solutions meet healthcare regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).

Embed governance, auditability, and transparency into product design.
Qualifications

Experience in product management, particularly in data-driven environments.

Strong understanding of AI and data analytics.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
