Work with Solution teams, internal business stakeholders, clients, and 3rd party IT and business suppliers (e.g., 3PL and Couriers).

Delivery Governance – Outsourced Development (30%):
-
Plan and manage work packages for the outsourced development partner: backlog, estimations, sprint goals/milestones, and acceptance.

Maintain strong governance around change, release, and deployment processes, ensuring stability in highly regulated financial environments.

Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Conduct monitoring meetings for assigned projects.

Embed control requirements in designs and changes (access, PAR dependencies, SoD, change approvals).
-
Maintain audit‑ready artefacts for internal/external reviews.
-
Ensure that Oracle usage is in line with Oracle entitlements.
