[Hiring] Junior Product Analyst / Product Owner @Freedom24

Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Product Analyst / Product Owner to support the development of our options and multi-asset trading platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You should be able to understand complex workflows, identify potential issues, and help drive projects from concept to implementation.

• Coordinate work across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams
• Prepare and maintain product requirements and development tasks
• Track progress and follow up on deliverables
• Assist with testing and validation of new functionality
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements
• Support product planning and prioritization activities
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable learning complex business domains and workflows
• English: at least B1
• Russian: native

Requirements

• Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or derivatives (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with options and multi-leg strategies (Nice to Have)
• Basic Python, SQL, or data analysis skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with UX/UI design processes (Nice to Have)
• Experience working in fintech or capital markets (Nice to Have)
