Role Description
Our client, a trailblazer in ISP billing and automation software, is seeking a Product Owner to join their fully remote team and shape the future of their platform. In this role, you’ll turn complex customer needs into simple, efficient workflows that solve real-world challenges ISPs face daily, by leading the development of automated, intuitive billing and operational software for Fiber and Wireless ISPs around the world.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights
- Guide the agile development process to enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and profitability
- Explore ways to integrate AI and cutting-edge tech into product features
Ideal candidates have deep ISP billing or operations software experience and excel in streamlining complex workflows. Responsibilities
- Lead client interviews to gather insights on ISP billing and operational workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and design intuitive, automated processes
- Aggregate and prioritize user stories and feature requests from Jira backlog
- Create development-ready user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables align with user needs
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements to improve processes
- Conduct acceptance testing to maintain quality and functionality
- Maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that drives value and efficiency
- Work with support teams to review product feedback and refine the backlog
- Support continuous product improvement through client feedback and peer review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product owner or product manager experience required
- 4+ years of experience with ISP billing or operational software required
- Experience designing workflows and software UI/UX required
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) required
- Experience with product management tools like Jira or similar required
- Fluent in English with excellent conversational communication skills

- Must reside in Latin America, South America, Caribbean, or Canada (Non-US)
