Role Description

As a key player in our Lending strategy, you will be responsible for establishing a clear understanding of the lending market and developing strategies that scale beyond individual deals. Your role will involve:

• First 45 Days:
  • Build a sharp, evidence-based understanding of the Lending space.
  • Clarify lending segments by institution size, lending model, workflow maturity, and operational pain points.
  • Evaluate early customer usage to identify valuable workflows.
  • Review deal histories to understand buying triggers and hesitation points.
  • Build a concise, data-backed point of view on Lending's traction.
  • Identify 2–3 lending workflows likely to anchor early product-market fit.
• First 90 Days:
  • Turn early traction into a strategy for internal teams.
  • Create the first version of the Lending strategy narrative.
  • Establish product-market fit indicators and socialize them across teams.
  • Position Lending relative to competitive alternatives.
  • Work with Product Marketing to create practical talk tracks.
  • Align teams on what is not being pursued to maintain focus.
• First 180 Days:
  • Prove consistent value delivery to a defined lender segment.
  • Shape the roadmap around critical workflows for the chosen ICP.
  • Identify and close early gaps in workflows.
  • Define and test the “first 90 days of value” plan for Lending accounts.
  • Capture evidence from early implementations.
  • Ensure the product experience communicates workflow value clearly.
• First 360 Days:
  • Set the trajectory for Lending to become a durable growth engine.
  • Show credible movement across product-market fit signals.
  • Maintain a forward-looking roadmap that deepens workflow quality.
  • Partner with Revenue leadership to align product capabilities with expectations.
  • Validate expansion opportunities based on real customer demand.
  • Become the central voice for the Lending line.
