Role Description

This role involves spearheading our integration strategy and scaling our partner ecosystem as the Group Product Manager, Partnerships.

Own and drive the product partnership strategy.
Identify, develop, and scale integrations with key partners such as financial institutions, payment processors, ERP platforms, and fintech solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Shape the vision for partnerships and build scalable processes.
Ensure seamless integration experiences that expand our platform's capabilities.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships and integrations in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and technical partnerships.
Strong understanding of financial technology, accounting software, payments, or adjacent industries.
Ability to define and drive product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

Experience negotiating and structuring partnership deals.
Strong ability to analyze business opportunities and align them with product strategy.
Data-driven decision-making with experience setting KPIs and measuring impact.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product and partnership strategy effectively.
Proven track record in relationship-building with partners and internal teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a resourceful approach to integration challenges.
Strong execution focus with proven project management skills.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering value through seamless partner experiences.
Experience in team leadership, including mentoring and managing product managers and cross-functional teams.
