[Hiring] Global Product Manager @Therakos

Role Description

Therakos is looking for an experienced Global Product Manager to help shape the future of its medical device and data solutions portfolio. In this high-impact role, the Product Manager will:

• Lead lifecycle strategy for the current automated device platform.
• Support next-generation development and commercialization.
• Drive a data analytics roadmap that provides meaningful visibility into treatment activity, device utilization, and outcomes for clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of global product management experience, ideally with exposure to both medical device or hardware products and software, IT, or data analytics solutions.
• Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or other regulated healthcare environments.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304, or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the global launch of a new product or platform in a regulated medical device environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to evaluating user feedback, market insights, and analytics reports.
• Ability to travel for customer visits, conferences, and cross-site collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with apheresis, transfusion medicine, pharma device, or transplant/oncology therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum software development methodologies.
• Multilingual or international commercial experience is a plus.
