Role Description

We are looking for a Global Product Expert to join our team in DN. In this global role you will:

• Partner with sales colleagues in the development and closing of sales opportunities.
• Serve as technical subject matter expert and consult the sales team and client on DN product and service offerings.
• Assist in the sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Design customer solutions that achieve business and financial goals as well as meet or exceed client business and functional requirements.
• Document detailed client requirements and initiate any required scoping efforts or planning with internal partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Evaluate product performance, market needs, and client satisfaction, providing feedback to product teams to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the company's product and services portfolio.
• Conduct live and remote demonstrations and make presentations to prospective customers clearly articulating the value proposition of our payments processing solution ‘Vynamic Transaction Middleware’.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with payment processing solutions.
• Able to lead solution design and delivery programs.
• Great overview of software and hardware solutions.
• Experienced with customer-facing roles.
• Able to map market trends, analyze them, and present new solutions.
• Fluent in English language (at least B2).
• Flexible to implement new procedures in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Provide higher level Pre-Sales and product consultancy support for mid and large size, complex customers.
• Provide pre-sales design and application support for company products and services through ongoing interaction with the sales team, customers, and with DN development and operations teams.
• Actively participate from a technical perspective and help the Sales team achieve and exceed targeted revenue goals.
• Generate accurate and timely design configurations for customer sales quotations.
• Conduct technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs.
• Coordinate internal technical resources to develop sales proposals and presentations and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) on complex, high-end solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to internal/external groups.
• Provide technical assistance, based on customer feedback and product performance, to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Participate in internal meetings to create product packages, communicate and coordinate sales projects across departments, implement new products, solve problems, and keep up-to-date with the company's information.
• Actively review industry trends and ensure DN is best placed to meet future demand.
