Role Description
We are seeking a senior digital leader and trusted client advisor to lead the digital experience for one of the world’s most innovative high‑tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and consumer‑facing experiences, shaping how digital tools enhance retail operations, employee experience, and customer engagement across a global portfolio.
You will serve as the primary digital experience owner for all client and customer focused onsite solutions on the account—partnering closely with client executives and Sodexo leadership to translate fast‑moving business priorities into scalable, high‑impact digital outcomes. The ideal leader thrives in agile environments, brings a startup mindset, and is known for building deep, trusted client relationships while operating at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do

Digital Strategy & Client Advisory

Own and continually evolve the Digital Experience Strategy, aligning with the client’s workplace retail and consumer experience priorities.

Act as a trusted business and digital advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding how retail technologies, data, and insights drive operational efficiency and end‑user satisfaction.

Partner directly with client leadership to support evolving retail needs, pilots, and rollouts across regions.

Clearly articulate the value of retail digital platforms—including data‑driven insights, adoption, and performance impact.

Technology & Cross‑Functional Leadership

Serve as the technical lead for all retail digital tools across the account (e.g., ordering platforms, POS integrations, digital signage, analytics, engagement tools).

Collaborate closely with Operational Leadership, TDDI (Tech, Data, Digital & Innovation), Food SMEs, HSE, HR, Procurement, and Service Activation & Deployment.

Design, own, and oversee the retail digital activation and adoption strategy across the client portfolio.

Identify risks related to scale, change, and adoption—partnering with leadership to adjust strategy in real time.

Influence, Execution & Enablement

Develop and deliver executive‑level digital presentations and demonstrations for technical and business audiences.

Lead business, technical, and people‑related escalations tied to digital capabilities and data opportunities.

Respond to complex technology inquiries, educating and influencing client and internal decision‑makers.

Build and mentor a network of digital and data champions across regions and functions.

Continuous Improvement & Market Insight

Maintain up‑to‑date technical and master‑data documentation for the digital ecosystem.

Gather, document, and share feedback on platforms, features, and enhancements with TDDI partners.

Stay ahead of retail, workplace, and consumer digital trends, integrating insights through Sodexo’s innovation lifecycle.

Establish industry networks to continuously improve digital experience delivery and adoption.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital, product, or technology leadership with a strong focus on retail, consumer experience, or frontline digital solutions.

Proven success as a client‑facing leader or advisor supporting senior stakeholders in high‑tech, startup, or innovation‑driven organizations.

Deep understanding of retail digital ecosystems, including ordering platforms, data analytics, employee/consumer engagement tools, and operational technology.

Demonstrated ability to lead in fast‑paced, agile, and matrixed environments.

Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and executive‑presence skills.

Experience driving global adoption of digital solutions across diverse sites or regions.

Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, outcomes‑oriented mindset.

Requirements
