As part of Modaxo — a global collective of mobility technology companies — we empower agencies with modern, scalable, and innovative tools that improve mobility outcomes across North America.

We are seeking a Director, Product Management to oversee the growth and innovation of our integrated suite of mobility solutions, including back-office operations platforms, onboard vehicle technology, and rider-facing applications supporting demand response, fixed route, and rideshare services.

As Director, Product Management, you are a key member of TripSpark’s leadership team. You will lead a team of professional product managers to:

• Define the product vision and roadmap.
• Guide modernization across the portfolio.
• Partner closely with Development, Sales and Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Care.
• Ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value and business outcomes.

You will help teams identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can support better outcomes, while ensuring Product remains focused on understanding customer needs and defining the problems we aim to solve.

You will set product strategy while staying close enough to execution to unblock teams and make timely decisions across customer commitments, market opportunities, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys influencing across teams, and excels at bringing clarity to ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Proven product management leadership in complex mobility or technology ecosystems.
• Strategic, evidence-driven thinking that turns customer and market insights into well-reasoned priorities and long-term product vision.
• Established track record of strong Product Management decision-making, minimum 10 years leading a Product Management team.
• Strong business-case development and presentation skills.
• Deep customer empathy paired with a disciplined focus on defining what problems to solve.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Clear, compelling communication skills.
• A strong orientation toward business results.
• Familiarity with product management and product marketing frameworks and tools.
• Comfort working in iterative, Agile-influenced environments.
• Ability to travel as needed to customer sites, events, and leadership/team meetings (approx. 20–30%).

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field preferred.
