[Hiring] Director of Product Management, Growth Platforms @Penn Interactive

Role Description

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Growth Platforms organization, responsible for building the technology and data capabilities that power customer growth, engagement, and retention across PENN’s online gaming and digital retail experiences.

• Own the evolution of promotions, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and marketing data capabilities.
• Build a unified promotional platform that serves customers across digital and retail experiences.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and business leaders.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers across promotions, retail and loyalty, and data products.

About the Work

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Growth Platforms.
• Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform.
• Build data and segmentation capabilities for understanding customer behavior.
• Partner closely with Marketing to evolve PENN’s CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
• Develop shared growth capabilities for PENN’s online Sportsbook and Casino businesses.
• Build flexible platforms and self-service capabilities for Marketing and business teams.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to define customer data and measurement capabilities.
• Establish clear KPIs and experimentation frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while growing the team.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across various teams.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in product management, plus 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, loyalty, or customer data platforms at scale.
• Deep understanding of customer and marketing data, including segmentation and audience creation.
• Experience translating large and complex customer datasets into actionable segments.
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams.
• Experience building platforms or tools used by Marketing, CRM, Growth, or other internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to define a multi-year product strategy.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience using experimentation and measurement.
• Ability to operate across customer experience, technology, data, marketing, and business strategy.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, or businesses with sophisticated personalization is a plus.

Salary Range

$185,000 — $230,000 CAD
