As Director of O2C Product Design with AI Innovation, you will:

• Shape the design and strategy of one of the first agentic AI transformations inside JLL's finance technology organization.
• Be responsible for the delivery of various enhancements across O2C, delivering the evolution of JLL's billing, accounts receivable, and contract management capabilities.
• Own design authority before delivery, ensuring AI/integration initiatives are properly designed for business value and enterprise robustness.
• Have direct exposure to senior Finance Technology leadership and meaningful influence over JLL's Accelerate 2030 strategic programme.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with a major ERP finance platform supporting Order-to-Cash operations, with strong preference for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Deep functional expertise across the O2C lifecycle: contracts, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application.
• Strong understanding of financial close, month-end reporting, and revenue assurance processes in a global, multi-entity environment.
• Experience contributing to at least one global ERP rollout or large-scale finance transformation program.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience scoping, validating, and deploying AI/ML or automation use cases in finance operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Oracle AI DP/Apex).
• Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tools).
• Experience implementing AI solutions subject to financial controls and SOX requirements.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based AI/data platform capabilities and enterprise integration patterns.
• PeopleSoft or Oracle certification/accreditation.
• Change management or transformation leadership experience, particularly in introducing AI/automation capabilities to finance operations teams.
