[Hiring] Director of Product @Yourgi Pet

Role Description

Yourgi is on a mission to become Earth's most trusted pet care connector, connecting pet parents with a reliable local network of certified professionals, pet resorts, and veterinary centers. This role owns the product strategy behind both and runs Product day to day. You’ll report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and lead four product managers across five teams:

• Bookings: owns the booking flow and everything a pet parent does after booking.
• Match: owns search, ranking, and the experience before booking.
• Pro: owns the tools pros use to run their business.
• Connect: makes a national network of centers bookable online.
• Centers: runs online booking for Destination Pet locations.

Each team owns a customer journey end to end and pairs with an engineering lead and a designer. Availability changes by the hour and sits in many center systems. Supply is local, so each market is built one pro and one center at a time. Every booking is a pet parent trusting someone with a family member.
